I had brief visits to a number of sites in the Whitewater Valley 
after faculty meeting this afternoon.  Brookville Lake observations 
were near sunset.  The following are the highlights:

ROSS'S GOOSE 1 (with the Canada Geese)

Middlefork Reservoir, Richmond, Wayne Co.:

Esteb Road, Wayne Co.:

Whitewater State Park, lake within park, Liberty, Union Co.:

Fairfield Causeway, Brookville Lake, Franklin Co.:
Pied-billed Grebe 9
Great Blue Heron 2
BLACK VULTURE 59 (roosting on power-line tower north of Fairfield 
Causeway road, east of causeway)
Canada Goose 200 (near Sagamore Resort, Union Co.)
Common Goldeneye 18
HOODED MERGANSER 202 (by far highest Whitewater Valley mid-winter 
number, third highest all-time number)
Common Merganser 9
Ring-billed Gull 115
