I think we just had one of these cases, but we had them uninstall Norton
because they had that, and AVG, installed. I figured they may have had a
funky install and we decided to have them remove all AV products and start
fresh. If I have another case I'll repost, and I'll also know that it may
be a bug in the latest patch.

Subject: Re: 4.1.3.2 agent

Wondering if anyone is seeing anything similar. For some of our students
running our older Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 9.0.3.xxxx
distribution, in combination with the 4.1.3.2 CCAAgent (4.1.3.1 Manager),
definition file version and file date are not always being detected:

Client AV Info
Product ID:	NortonAV
Product Name:	Symantec AntiVirus
Product Version:	9.0.3.1000
Virus Definition File Version:
Virus Definition File Date:

Going back to v4.1.3.1 or upgrading to our latest SAVCE 10.1.5.xxxx
distribution appears to be the current workaround for those affected.

Any known issues?

Thanks.

Terry
