Over the last couple years we have seen an incredible increase in the number of wireless users on our network. Our helpdesk it having a difficult time keeping up with the demand for assistance in passing through the NAC. While there are some users who have problems with their machine that I don't expect them to be able to solve on their own a vast majority are just missing windows updates (some missing service packs which take an good deal of time to apply). I was wondering if there are any tips for making this process easier for our users and support staff. Right now we are sending users to the windows update site when they are missing updates, does WSUS work better?

I would appreciate any advice/suggestions you may have.

Thanks,
