We only use ours in a Remote Access type of deployment. We ran into
similar issues trying to deploy it to our campus.

Can you tell me how you have deployed CCA to your users? How do you handle
the requirement of users needing to wait until the cca completes its
validation process. It seems to be a problem due to the nature of how users
work in our environment, where they start applications up either via there
start-up folder or right away prior to the cca process completes.
