We're running 4.1.2.1 server and 4.1.3.2 agent and it is being properly detected as AV. It's worth noting that SEP 11 includes a firewall and 
anti-spyware as well and these are not currently supported by the default checks (though you should be able to write custom ones for them). We haven't 
deployed it yet, but will be in the near future.
