A quick visit to the Confluence and Groveport park entrances to this MetroPark found only a few early migrants. The best spot was actually just outside the park, at Groveport's Cruiser Park and the nearby farmfields. There I found Green-winged teal, N.Shovelers, and Gadwall, along with the expected Mallards & geese. This should be a good spot for waterfowl and early shorebirds over the next few weeks. In the main part of the park, the birds of note were sparrows: Field Sparrows singing at several locations, lots of Towhees, a Chipping Sparrow at the Confluence feeder, and Fox Sparrows along the bikepath at both sites.
