Dear Dr. Coates, 

     I'm thrilled to be apart of your advertising campaign. I will post twenty of these fliers around. I do, however, have a question for you, could you lend any support for a trip to the Cincinnati Museum Center's Race Exhibit. There was supposed to be a trip this Saturday, but as I was told this morning by Dorothy Falke, an assistant in the Center For American and World Cultures, that it has been canceled. I think this would be an great exhibit for Miami students to see. 

"Unfortunately, we are canceling the Saturday, March 28 trip to Cincinnati, since we were unable to fill the bus. We are disappointed that we are unable to offer this great opportunity, but unfortunately, too few people signed up.  We hope that you are able to find other means to get to the Museum Center in Cincinnati and, while it's not the same as viewing the exhibit directly, we invite you to visit the exhibit website, http://www.understandingrace.org/home.html, which presents a good overview of the project. "
