Dear First Year Students,

First there was an error on the EDP 496/596 course listing: the 25th 
should have not been listed as that is Memorial Day and classes do not 
meet. 

Also, the comprehensive exams are scheduled for Monday May 11 and Tuesday 
May 12th (8:30 - 5:00). You will be given two questions on each day. Room 
218 in McGuffey Hall is being reserved (computer lab) for the exams. 

I am organizing a lunch meeting (pizza provided) where you can meet with 
the second year students to talk about the exams, suggestions for 
preparing, etc. and I will also be available to answer questions that 
might come up. At this time, I have a room reserved (Room 219) on 
Wednesday April 29th from 12-1. I believe this will work in regards to 
everyone's schedule.
