I have a few Vista computers that, after login, are suddenly displaying
the message "Revocation information for the security certificate for this
site is not available. Do you want to proceed?". Answering Yes simply
presents the Security Alert again. The only solution is to configure
Internet Explorer not to perform this check. My certificate is from
Verisign, valid, and I have crl.verisign.com added to my unauthenticated
and temporary roles. So far I haven't seen this on XP, and so far it
doesn't appear to be affecting all Vista users. It might have coincided
with IE8 though.
I'm running CCA 4.1.6 with Agent 4.1.7. Any idea what might have triggered
this error and what I can do about it? My Service Desk doesn't need
another issue to deal with.
