Colleagues: Very interesting article by DIONNE SEARCEY in today's Wall St. Journal on the issue of whether soldiers injured in active duty be able to seek compensation from third parties (rather than the federal government) for injuries experienced in zones of war? 

Could be a good issue for discussion with a torts lecture.
