Over the past few days in a new deployment I've seen the same error.  It
happened when the CAM did not receive the mac notification from the switch
(i.e., SNMP traps were misconfigured on the switch).  I can recreate this
error by going to Switch Management -> Devices -> Discovered Devices and
manually remove a host.  If that user is then logged out and then tries to
log back in, the error shows up in the Agent.

That doesn't pertain directly towards your question about MACs and Bridge
miniport but thought that might be of some help :)
