Hello,
A woodcock is displaying reliably at sunset in the shrubby field next to
Chardon Cemetery on Park Ave, at 8 pm or so. This appears to be
the "missing" one from Best Nature Preserve which I had not located since
they cut the old-field succession and replaced it with a scrape for
shorebirds.
Also, at Pen Glen in Kirtland, Louisiana waterthrush at the upper ravine,
as well as blue-headed vireo; field sparrow in the field (where else:).
