Hi all,
  Just got a second hand report via Gabe Leidy that Larry Richardson found a Black-bellied Whistling Duck at Pipe Creek WA this morning. That's all the details I have right now. Good luck!

(I have to say, Bill Whan has been very accurate with his "predictions" recently)
