Hi Guys,
I saw seven big white swans at Clearfork Reservoir this afternoon, although
I don't know what kind they were. They were too far out for my binoculars,
and I didn't have my scope with me. They were on the southeast end of the
lake near the spillway. I checked on e-Bird, no one has reported them yet.
Depending on the weather, I may head out there with my scope tomorrow. Also
saw 80-100 Coots, 30+ Canada Geese, and four Double-crested Cormorants. Any
tips on telling a Mute from a Tundra from a Trumpeter?
Cheers,
Brian Hart
