Things weren't bad today. There was a steady movement of Bonaparte's gulls
heading east. The birds were picking up when I had to quit watching. A
single POMARINE JAEGER was observed heading east. It was flying low over
the water and didn't seem too concerned with all the gulls. A single surf
scoter was observed on the lake floating west.
