Ted Ritter
Wayne Township Butler County Zoning Administrator
Email address. [log in to unmask]
I would like to know if any small Townships in Ohio have anything in
there Resolution about allowing a small business, (.i.e auto or lawn
mower repair, weld or machine shop,) to operate in an A1, ag and
single family districts. I am talking about a one man supplimental
income type of operation. If so, is it a conditional permitted use
subject to BZA approval an limitations or some other method to control
the size and scope of the business. Our Zoning Commission is
considering this and would appreciate input from other Townships.
Thanks
