AAUP does an annual survey that appears in its pub, ACADEME. Not sure if you can access it via their website.

I'm trying to get a general idea of business law faculty salaries at
research universities (at various levels, but particularly the assistant
professor level).  If anyone has ideas on data sources or has a sense of
