Hi,
I seem to have a very late winter resident at my feeder - a red
breasted nuthatch! It was here on April 19, April 23,24,25 and today April 30.
If I could access my late husbands 30+ years of records on our lot
and neighborhood I could at least find if this is unusual for this
area. I have the hard copy of the data, but also have a few other
things to do.
So - some of you out there with deep data banks- is this
unusual? Just a vagrant - or an unwilling first year to make the jump?
Thanks, SLLG
