Certainly livelier than most possibilities. Captures attention, at least. Should include the caption, I think. Better than buildings or campus shots.

Here's the pic--I'll leave it to all of you and the designer to determine
if it will work, as I have to head over for a meeting in Upham in an hour
and have workshop poems to look at before then.  It might be that the text
will not work and we'd be better off with a nature shot. On the website
we've added a caption: "Oxford Magazine reading" or something like that.
