We--Stockton union and Admin--want to move towards digitalized tenure and promotion files. We are concerned, however, about preserving confidentiality. (Our thought is that we would set up a system that gave limited password-access to evaluators during the duration of the personnel process, changing passwords when it was over).
Does anyone teach at a school that does anything like that? If you do, is there an IT, union, or other person I might speak to to find out more about how it works?

Thanks so much, again.
