Greetings, ALSB Colleagues:

After a long phone call with my sister, an affordable housing developer, I decided to post a question to the list to see if anyone out there has suggestions, comments, or resources. My sister, a non-lawyer, has been asked to try to draft a policy/process which would allow local government units to implement mandatory foreclosure mediation for single family residences. She is currently working in the Bay Area in California, so if any of you have insight into California foreclosure laws I would especially appreciate hearing from you!

Please reply to me privately at [log in to unmask] Thanks for any help you can give!
