On April 5th and 14th, a duck was seen by Irina Shulgina that to the best of my identification abilities is a candidate for a Tufted Duck hybrid.
It was seen at the Grain Elevator Wetlands at Darby Creek MP, on the smaller pond south of the bigger pond, associating with Lesser Scaups.
It has a small crest, very little white on the face, and a limited white wing stripe (less extensive than on Tufted Duck).

And the rest of the pictures in this album
If anyone has any familiarity with these birds, I would greatly appreciate ID help.
