480 hours.
qsub -lV walltime=480:00:00 -l nodes=1:ppn=8

When the system is busy, requesting longer wall time may require you to wait longer.
However, when the system is less busy, it should not matter as much.

Robin,

when I run programs interactively on the large memory nodes, I frequently run into walltime problems.   I set walltime=5:00:00 – is there an upper limit on this setting?
