Driving to work this morning I saw a white goose sleeping with a few
Canada Geese at the doorstep of a house on Little Mountain Road at Route
84. Figuring it was a domestic, but thinking I saw black primaries, I
turned around anyways to confirm and luckily the bird stood up. Grin
patch, black primaries - Snow Goose! A pretty strange area to see one,
but there are nearby fields that usually have large numbers of geese.
