Robin, 

	We are still confused about how to run this job.

	It requires a 128 Mb CPU, but we want to reserve an entire node to avoid have to compete for memory with other processes.  Nate has restarted the job, launching it with:

		#PBS -l -host=compute-1-1.local

but it seems to be stuck on the queue again.  Is there something else we need to do to get it running on a node you reserved for us?
