Um, how about pieces of a complex machine being shipped in installments? Leave out a major piece, and the machine is worthless.

Subject: Art. 2 question: example of "one defective installment renders entire installment sales contract breached."
Hi Colleagues,
UCC Art. 2-612 says that if one installment of an installment sales contract substantially impairs the value of the whole contract, there is a breach of the whole.
I need a good classroom example of such a thing, and I haven't been able to come up with one. No doubt some of you have one. Would you share?
Thank you,
Dan
