So glad to hear the news of your promotion to full professor!  I remember well our conversations when you had recently arrived at Miami and I was still teaching in the Spanish Department.  When I was promoted to full professor in the 1980's, there were only four of us women at that rank in the College of A&S.  Marian Musgrave was one of the four.
