Hi Seonjin,
To connect to the cluster we normally recommend using the client from
NX which is available at nomachine.com. As far as I can see, your
account should be active. There is some information on how to
configure NX on this page
https://blogs.miamioh.edu/researchcomputing/hpc-cluster/ along with
information on how to use the cluster.
