Given the amazing reports of big groups of Tundras, I was a little disappointed I only had 5 Tundra Swans at Sandy Ridge but it was a nice family group perhaps? given there were 2 still-gray juvs with quite pink bills with 3 adults.
Had a small rail flush right in front of me which given how dark it was & the small bill was likely a Sora. It buried itself in the brush near the water & I couldn't get a clear look at it once it landed.
Ducks: Mallards, Black Ducks, N Shov, Gadwall, Ruddy, Green-winged Teal, Buffleheads, Am Wigeon.
One Great Egret, 2 Great Blues.
Great looks at a cooperative Red-shouldered Hawk--best was when a Blue Jay was dive-bombing it.
FOS Tree Sparrows, Junco (FOS for OH, had one in NJ in Oct). Only other sparrows were Song, White-throated.
E Bluebirds burbling.
Adult Bald Eagle put on a nice show.
