The Red-throated Loon found by Eric Elvert was still present at 11:50am—still slightly to the north—although it has moved closer to the side of Route 4.
The White-winged Scoter wasn't seen, however, I didn't spend extensive time looking for it.

There is currently a red throated loon and a white winged scoter at Eastwood metropark in Dayton, oh they have been favoring the north side of lake near the park entrance.
