I checked my local section of the Mahoning R. again today. It had floating ice chunks in it and a little shore ice. Seen were Canada geese, mallards, Am. black duck, 10 ring-necked ducks, 3 lesser scaup, bufflehead, 2 hooded mergansers, red-tailed hawk, and n. mockingbird. Craig Holt
