Fairport by the boat docks.

Went to Farirport around 1PM.  Best day there in a long time. Had a very 
cooperative Iceland Gull on the fishing pier,  3 Glaucous Gulls on the 
water,  1 Lesser Black-backed Gull and 1 very cooperative Purple 
Sandpiper. ( last seen heading east toward the Park ).  This was between 
1-2PM.
