Love that spot! Loaded with waterfowl. First time in awhile no Snipe
though. The edges of the main pond were frozen. Nothing new
for the big year, but a pleasure watching and listening to stuff here.
Shoveler, Gadwall, Wigeon, GW Teal, 2 drake Redheads, Ring necked
duck, Bufflehead, lesser scaup. Mallard, Coot, Mute Swan......

Lost bridge was devoid of birds. Some crows.

Oxbow in IN is always good. Roads are bad though. Very muddy.
An Osprey was nice. I didn't make it to the area - that I think
is the spot - for the lingering Green Heron.

Thats it for me til Dec. Although I might be able to chase if timing is
good the next several days.

Good birding all. And happy thanksgiving!
