Looking at the EBird summary, it states that this bird is at a stakeout but I just wanted to check to make sure that if it’s on private property, which is what I’m presuming, that they are allowing birders to view the bird. 

Please reply off list with any details or protocols. A note on road conditions in the area would be helpful as well. thank you
