The Snow Bunting was still there. So off I go! I am glad others were there
Looking at it. It was somewhat hidden. Enjoying that grass clump! County bird!
The Cattle Egret is the rarer bird. Yet not a county bird. Birding…..I had that one
10/30/21. East fork. South beach. Great spot!
The cattle egret was not visible from the Snow Bunting spot. Some of us walked
East to get a better look at the grebes. That worked out!
Waterfowl diversity is picking up here. American Wigeon, Coot, GW Teal, Gadwall,
Horned and Pied billed grebes. Ring necked ducks and Bufflehead. 2 RN Grebes
Were there earlier - from another birder.
Butterfly notes - Common Buckeyes, Orange Sulphur, ET Blue. And others.
Good birding all.
