Posting into NEWS from MIAVX1 and OCEAN was suspended between approximately
6:00PM and 9:00PM on 4/18/1994 for unknown reasons.  Users encountered no
problems until they tried to post (or followup or repost) a message.  After
composing the message, NEWS would hang and the user would be forced to use
^Y to exit NEWS.
 
The problem corrected itself at around 9:00PM.  MCIS is currently looking
into the problem.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
