What is a shingle?  If I carry a "business" phone number at my home
(thus avoiding the ethical impropriety of giving out a "residential"
phone number for consulting purposes), and accept a free Yellow
Pages classification for that listing under "Attorneys," is that
a shingle?  Is a business card a shingle?  Is letterhead (separate
from my University letterhead) a shingle?
