I'm not sure what relevance this has to this newsgroup, but ...
 
It sounds like the system is running out of space when it tries to create
temporary space.  The system (usually) tries to create temporary files in
the directory pointed to by the logical SYS$SCRATCH.  SYS$SCRATCH usually
points to your login directory.  You can change this to your temporary disk
space, by using something like the following:
 
  $ ACQUIRE 10000               - acquires 5MB of disk space.
  $ DEFINE SYS$SCRATCH TEMP     - tell the system where to create temporary
                                  files.
