My name is John Vitale.  I am the Program Development Manager for the
training & development department of UST, Inc.  I am currently researching
the development of a 2 day executive seminar to be conducted in march.  The
topic I am pursuing is in the area of strategic intent = developing a shared
sense of organizational purpose.  I would appreciate any leads anyone would
have around authors or speakers on this subject.  I am currently looking into
the writings of  hamel, collins, and bartlett.  Thanks.
