                         *** MIAVX1 System Crash ***

The MIAVX1 system was down on Monday, January 23 from around noon until
approximately 1:15PM.  This system outage (and several recent outages) was
caused by a lack of paging space on the system.  MCIS is currently reviewing
paging space usage and will attempt to make changes to prevent this from
happening again.
