I am looking for a certain type of book dealing with the legal environment
of busniess and thought some of you might have a suggestion.
I currently teach a course called "Legal & Social Environment of Business"
at the University of Northern Iowa and use the text "Law Business and
Society" (McAdams). While I am happy with that text, one thing I
want to do to supplement the course is to discuss legal problems
with the students I'm interested in fact scenarios (anywhere from a few
paragraphs to several pages) that bring up certain legal issues
related to law as it impacts on business. The problems could be
from actual cases or hypothetical but the important thing is that
they poresent good issues that we can discuss as a class. To date, however,
I've been unable to find a book that has such a format. I really am
interested in such a thing and if any of you knows of one, please let
me know. My email address is [log in to unmask] I would be very
greatful.
Thank you in advance
