The Tape Manufacturing Division of 3M (Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing)
has an opening for an organizational development professional at a
northeastern United States manufacturing location.  This person will be
responsible for guiding organizational development and training activities

TITLE
 
Organizational Development and Training Analyst
 
 
LOCATION
 
Bristol, Pennsylvania  (northeast of Philadelphia)
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
*  guide organizational transformation process
*  facilitate leadership development
*  lead work redesign
*  continuously improve plant training and training systems,
    including:
    -  performing needs assessments
    -  developing strategic training plans
    -  improving training records system
    -  supporting operator certification process
    -  developing internal training facilities
*  identify and create partnerships with internal and external
    training and development resources
    (including planning and budgeting)
*  promote and encourage employee involvement
*  provide conflict resolution and team development
    assistance
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
*  min. 2 + years in organizational development, including:
    - manufacturing plant experience
    - work redesign
    - team facilitation
    - stand-up training
    - training needs assessment
    - project management
*  excellent interpersonal skills, including:
    -  establishing trust
    -  conflict resolution
    -  influencing
 
 
EDUCATION
 
*  Bachelor's degree required (master's preferred)
