Thanks for your reponse, it sounds like your model is both simpler and
more accurate than mine.  For some cohorts my model produced a regression
with an adjusted Rsquared of .9983, but for those compriseing total
enrollment the Rsquared was was in the range of .6481-.7856.  Since I
haven't used it yet with actual enrollment data, I don't know for sure
how accurate it will be.  One of the major problems is that Edison
converted to semesters in the fall of 1993 so my historical data had
to be tempered somehow for semesters.
