In response to the inquiry about required law courses for accounting majors, we
have a somewhat complicated answer here at Georgia.  First, every business
student (including accounting majors) are required to take our Legal Environ-
ment course.  Second, every accounting major is required to take our first B.
Law course (contracts, property, agency). Third, students in
the public accounting tract are required to take an additional B. Law course
(commercial paper, secured transactions, bankruptcy, business organizations).
