At Loyola Marymount, accounting majors are only required to take the
same basic business law class as all other buisness majors--a
sophomore year class which is primarily legal environment but still
retains a modicum of the traditional (UCC-dominated) materials. As
the result of strong urging by faculty, many of them also take a
second law class which is far more devoted to traditional business law
     (and CPA exam) topics.
