Both Maryland and the District of Columbia require one course in Business
Law to sit for the C.P.A. exam. Virginia recently changed its education
requirements, and I am not sure whether Business Law is a requirement there.

I understand there are several ways to fulfill New York's requirements,
but they generally require 4 hours of undergraduate, or 3 hours of
graduate, Business Law.
