Anyone have any suggestions for a Basic Supervisory Skills "textbook" to be
used for a non-credit, 9 week certificate program. Topics to include the
role of a supervisor, organizational performance, accounting and finance,
delegation and goal setting, priorities management, listening skills and
performance feedback, interviewing, leadership, and creative problem
solving. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanx
