Dan's note about the forthcoming issues of the JLSE and the ABLJ
reminded me that most of you should have now received your copies of the
Employment and Labor Law Journal from Dan.  If so, I am sure that you will
join me in applauding the effort of Roger Johns (editor) in bringing the new
journal to a higher, and more professional, level.  It was through his
perseverance that the journal has taken on this new identity, and I think
the Academy will benefit from his work.
