Is any1 out there trying to capture the impact of student services on
student retention, satisfaction, & completion???
If so, I'd be especially interested in hearing from you, especially w/ re
to determining some of the value-added aspects of some of the less
quantifiable types of student services programs (e.g., personal
counseling, student gov't, etc).  We do some student surveys now @
Sinclair that touch on these programs, but we're looking for other
approaches as well for assessing program impact on students.
