     I think the memo concerning the law forbidding discussion of abortion
     over the internet is another one of those memos that wingnuts put out
     once in a while; its in the same class with those saying don't read
     email with the word "fuzz" in the subject or an eggplant will jump
     out of your computer and eat your face off.
 
     A lot of the "I have only rights and no duties" people are upset
     about the new communications act.
